Happy Birthday to E-man! Happy Birthday to E-man! Happy Birthday to E-man! Happy Birthday to E-man! The lyrics to the happy birthday song are really hard to type... it just looks like saying "Happy Birthday to E-man" over and over. But anyways....
This is his cake. It's really tall, really, big, and really hard to build. It took forever. E-man and Mr. D built it all by themselves.
Now, skipping until after supper (which was fry-everything-you-can-think-of-night) we brought our E-man's big present.
Isn't it big?? It was really light though!
He had to look really closely to see anything. But then he saw it, an orange piece of paper, no bigger than an apple. it was the first clue to a treasure hunt that Mr. D and I set up earlier. And the crazy running through the house began!

| There was a present in the dryer, |
 |
| Mr. D's desk, |
 |
| The dresser, |
 |
| The freezer, |
 |
| The bathroom cabinet, |
 |
| My old doll house, |
 |
| Under the couch, |
 |
| In the pantry, and so many other places. |
He had to find 7 Narnia books, 2 Calvin and Hobbes books, and LORD OF THE RINGS LEGOS!!!!!!
It was the set called "The Uruk-Kai Army." It has Eomer, the closest thing I can get to my favorite character, Eowyn.
After all the presents, we had cake. The gumdrop-and-toothpick sculpture sort of collapsed. But, the cake was still good! Mmmmm! Texas Sheet Cake!! My brothers ALWAYS have that cake. :)
Birthdays are great! That cake is pretty cool too!
ReplyDeleteWe should do that for Shawn!
